Approve the appointment of Marcus "Marty" Martinez to the Fish & Game Commission as a representative of District #5, for the period of March 10, 2020 through March 31, 2022.

Approve letter of support to the state regarding increased funding for the University of California's Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) which provides local programming such as 4-H Youth Development through the UC Cooperative Extension (UCCE); and authorize the Chair to sign it on behalf of the Board.
