Approve contract with Seneca Family Agencies for intensive mental health treatment services for at risk children for the period of February 18, 2020 to  June 30, 2020,  for a maximum amount of $250,000.00.

Approve a contract with Dr. David Robert Godley, MD, and add him to the County malpractice insurance policy, so that he may render MD services to California Children's Services Program clients, located at the Medical Therapy Unit at R.O. Hardin Elementary School, Hollister, CA.

Approve contract Amendment #1 with Community Services Development Corporation for the 2018 US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance program for the period of April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020, in the amount of $203,049.00.

Approve the San Benito County System Improvement Plan for the period of August 14, 2019 through August 14, 2024; and designate the San Benito County Health and Human Services Agency as the public agency to administer CAPIT and CBCAP funds.

7.RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AGENCY - H. MAVROGENES

Approve Contract Amendment No. 5 with Quincy Engineering Inc. (QEI) for the Panoche Road Bridge Replacement Project ((Federal Project No.BRLS-5943(056)) to complete the environmental clearance phase of the project, increase compensation in an amount not to exceed $185,691 and to extend the term from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE - D. THOMPSON

Approve the acceptance of the $7,830.00 grant award for mental health training and authorize the Sheriff or his designee to sign the agreement between the San Benito County Sheriff's Office and the Board of State and Community Corrections; and approve the budget adjustment increasing the travel line item in budget unit 1195 - Sheriff - Corrections by $7,830.00 and revenue, State Aid Grants by the same amount. (4/5 vote)

SHERIFF'S OFFICE - D. THOMPSON

Adopt Resolution authorizing the San Benito County Sheriff to accept monetary and property donations up to $2,000 in value, and with the CAO's authority, up to $10,000 in value, and authorize the CAO to accept monetary and personal property donations up to $10,000.00 in value, each on behalf of San Benito County, and report annually all donations received.
