The San Benito County Board of Supervisors welcomes you to this meeting and encourages your participation.

Approve San Benito County Letter of Interest and authorize Behavioral Health Director to sign; adopt Resolution for SB-840 (Chapter 29, Statutes 2018), Homeless Mentally Ill Outreach and Treatment Funds.

Budget Adjustments for FYE 17/18. Approval of various budget adjustments are needed by the Board of Supervisors related to the closing of FY 17/18. These items were budgeted for FY 17/18 as general items, and now the details are available, and need to be moved from one source to another.

COUNTY CLERK-AUDITOR-RECORDER-ELECTIONS - J.P. GONZALEZ

Approve agreement with Tenex Software Solutions, Inc. of Tampa, Florida to provide an Electronic Poll Books Solution in an amount not to exceed $43,037.00 (FY-2018/19).

Approve contract with Melissa Molina Casas, LMFT for Crisis and Therapy Counseling for Families involved with Child Welfare Services, for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, not to exceed $20,000.00.

Approve a Training Contract with California State University, Fresno, Foundation Central California Training Academy-Bay Area Academy for direct training, field based training and coaching to new Child Welfare staff, and others as specified by the County for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, for a total sum not to exceed $70,924.68.

Approve an Agreement with California Institute for Behavioral Health (CIBHS) for Whole Person Care Program (WPC), not to exceed amount of $15,000.00.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AGENCY – J. GUERTIN

Accept all bids for the FEMA – Lovers Lane Road Reconstruction 0.91 Miles N of Shore Road to 1.18 Miles N of Shore Road project (PWB-1804), find Granite Rock Company as the lowest responsive responsible bidder, award contract to Granite Rock Company in the amount of $358,231.00, approve contract and authorize the RMA Director to execute the contract upon receipt of all documents required to in the Invitation for Bids, and authorize the RMA Director to issue change orders in an amount not to exceed $35,823.10 (10% of contract amount).

Accept all bids for the SB-1 0.15’ HMA Overlay Project at Two Locations (PWB-1803), find Granite Rock Company as the lowest responsive responsible bidder, award contract to Granite Rock Company in the amount of $337,500.00, approve contract and authorize the RMA Director to execute the contract upon receipt of all documents required in the Invitation for Bids, and authorize the RMA Director to issue change orders in an amount not to exceed $33,750.00.

Accept all bids received for the Homeless Services Center Building Improvements Phase II project, find Tombleson, Inc. as the lowest responsive responsible bidder, award contract to Tombleson, Inc. in the amount of $1,222,000.00, approve contract and authorize the RMA Director to execute it upon receipt of all documents required in the Invitation for Bids, and authorize the RMA Director to issue change orders per Public Contract Code 20142.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE - D. THOMPSON

Approve Lease Agreement with US Bank Equipment Finance for replacement one (1) copier and two (2) printers and new fax capability module for an existing lease in the amount of $600, plus applicable sales tax, for a period of 24 months and a monthly maintenance fee $51.18 for 5,750 black/white copies and $31.50 for 600 color copies. Overage charges to be billed at $0.0089 black/white and $0.0525 color.
