		3.	BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Approve the Certificate of Recognition for Shelby O'Neil, a resident of San Juan Bautista and a local environmental activist. Ms. O'Neil was selected by the Central Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross for her commitment to environmental activism. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with the Metropolitan Planning Group (M-Group) to provide necessary planning services thereby extending the termination date to June 30, 2019 and increasing the maximum compensation by $190,000, for a total amount not to exceed $285,000; and 2. Authorize the RMA Director to extend this contract for up to an additional two-year term, if necessary, and to approve compensation changes up to 10% of the total contract amount ($285,000), or a total amount not to exceed $313,500.
