Approve Professional Services Agreement with KNN Financial Services to provide the County of San Benito with General Financial Services in an for the period of February 1, 2018 through February 1, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 USD.

COUNTY COUNSEL'S OFFICE - B. THOMPSON 

Approve Reimbursement Agreement with BRISTOL SB LLC for reimbursement of initial project review costs in order to fully reimburse County costs for outside planning consultant work and internal staff costs related to initial review of Floriani Ranch project.

Approve legal services agreement with the law firm of Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver and Wilson, for legal services in the area of employment law.

HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY - J. RYDINGSWORD

Approve Grant Agreement with the City of Sunnyvale for Workforce Development Services for the period of March 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, in the amount of $79,925.00; and approve Budget Adjustment for Regional Business Services in the amount of $19,981.00. (4/5 vote)

HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY - J. RYDINGSWORD

Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA) and Disctrict Attorney (DA) for Fraud Investigation and Prosecution Services for the period of April 3, 2018 through June 30, 2023; the District Attorney and HHSA have agreed to the attached MOU wherein the HHSA will transfer and fund ($175,400) one FTE - Fraud Investigator, one 2008 Chevy Impala and $7,500 in training funds ($182,900 per fiscal year) to the DA for the purpose of providing Welfare Fraud investigative activities. 

HHSA will decrease their allocated positions by one FTE and the DA will increase the allocated positions by one FTE.

Approve class specifications and salary range for Peer Advocate; Amend the County's Class Title and Pay Plan and amend the County's Schedule of Allocated Positions.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AGENCY - J. GUERTIN

Adopt the plans and specifications for PWB-1801 River Parkway Phase 1 (Regional Park's Access Road) project, authorize the advertisement for bids, approve MOU with Sunnyslope County Water District for cost reimbursement of the construction of a water pipeline under the new access road, approve contract amendment #1 for Mesiti Miller Engineering in the amount of $15,570 for inter-agency coordination, and adopt a Resolution approving the form of the permanent road easement and authorizing the RMA Director to accept the fully executed easement on the approved form.
