BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County of San Benito has an existing agreement for legal services from Hefner, Stark, and Marois, LLP. This contract is for services related to the contemplated landfill expansion project, and the costs are borne by the project applicant (Waste Solutions Group of San Benito County). This contract had a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000, and by way of this amendment, that not-to-exceed amount will be increased to $150,000.
This is at no cost to the County.
