Authorize the Chair to execute Amendment 02 with Level 1 Private Security and the County of San Benito with a not to exceed amount of $61,797.25.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The primary goal of on-site security is to lower the overall risk level that the Elections Department faces, which in turn minimizes the chance of a significant operational disruption and/or financial impact to the Elections Department.
Level 1 Private Security will provide including but not limited to posted security officers, roving security officers, vehicle patrol, and alarm response at four voting locations from the hours of 7 pm to 7 am (or as determined by the Elections Department).
The duration of the previous contract will not be modified. This amendment contract is for a not to exceed amount of $17,000. The Elections Department will cover the costs within its 2021-2022 Budget at no additional impact to the general fund.
This amendment will increase the County not to exceed amount to $61,797.25.
