Accept the monthly Treasurer's Portfolio Report of balances and investments for the month of April 2022. The total portfolio as of April 30, 2022 is $308,724,787. The portfolio includes the Wells Fargo operating account, overnights accounts, and the invested pool. The focus of the Treasurer's portfolio follows the Government Codes 53600 et seq. mandates in the order of 1) safety, 2) liquidity, and 3) return. The Treasurer follows the Board approved Investment Policy 2022.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Each month the Treasurer's Office presents a monthly portfolio that represents the balances and investment pool balances at the end of a month. This month represents April 2022. Daily the Treasurer analyzes cash flow needs in the operating account (Wells Fargo). We move money in or out to our CAMP (California Asset Management Program) based upon the daily analysis. Monies that are not needed in the near future for operating purposes are invested in the investment pool.
