Approve the Final Map for TSM 15-94, Tract no. 353, Promontory at Ridgemark. Accept on behalf of the public the offers of dedications for public uses in conformity with terms of the offer of dedication indicated on the Final Map, subject to improvement and subject to the condition that the County of San Benito is not responsible or liable for any cost or expense of any offer accepted unless authorized by separate action of the Board of Supervisors. Direct the Clerk of the Board to certify on the final map the action of the Board of Supervisors. Authorize staff to submit the Final Map to the San Benito County Recorder's Office to record.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
TSM 15-94 (Tract No. 353) commonly known as Promontory at Ridgemark (and formerly known as the Bluffs at Ridgemark) was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on April 2, 2018. The developer is seeking to record a Final Map.
Section 23.09.008 of the San Benito County Code requires that a Final Map be submitted to the Board of Supervisors for approval after it has been confirmed by the County Engineer as complying with the approved or conditionally approved Tentative Map. The County Engineer and the Director of Planning have confirmed that the applicant has met the conditions of approval of the tentative map. The Final Map is being submitted herewith for the Board's consideration. Following the Board's approval, the Final Map will be recorded with the San Benito County Recorder's Office.
