BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
All public records request should be submitted to the Clerk of the Board via NextRequest. (http://sanbenitocounty-ca.nextrequest.com)
Each department is responsible for compiling requested records and forwarding them to the Clerk of the Board.
The Clerk of the Board will then coordinate with County Counsel to determine which documents are disclosable.
The Clerk of the Boards Office will then respond to the requestor and release records via NextRequest.
