Approve the appointment of County Administrative Officer, Ray Espinosa, as the primary and Budget Officer, Gabriel Orozco, to serve as alternative on the Trindel Board of Directors.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Trindel Insurance Fund requires that each of the participating counties in the Joint Power Agreement appoint a voting member and the alternate to the Trindel Board of Directors. The County appointed member represents the county on the insurance fund board at the quarterly meetings. In the event that the primary designee is unable to attend, the alternate is authorized to vote in the capacity of the county appointee. The decisions of the Trndel Board of Directors will encounter are financial in nature including the evaluation of actuarial insurance valuations, funding polices and loss reserve considerations.
The action requested is that the Board of Supervisors appoint County Administrative Officer Ray Espinosa as the primary and Budget Officer Gabriel Orozco to serve as alternative on the Trindel Board of Directors.
