BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
San Benito County is one of twenty-seven counties approved to adopt the Voter Choice Act (VCA) voting model. In accordance with the California’s Voter’s Choice Act, and pursuant to Elections Code Section 4005(a)(10)(I)(i).
The purpose of this Agreement Number 21S10109 is to provide San Benito County with reimbursement of funds used to provide outreach and education services to voters as part of the Voter’s Choice Act (VCA) implementation plan.
Any funds received shall be used by the County for reimbursement of expenses related to implementation of the VCA for any Primary and/or general Election(s) incurred after January 1, 2022, and prior to November 8, 2022, for one or more purposes, except as otherwise provided in Agreement Number 21S10109.
The maximum amount of this Agreement is $30,000.00.
