BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On July 1, 2021, the County entered into a contract with 4Leaf Inc. to provide Building and Planning Services. Per recent staff changes, the County RMA needs to supplement staff with a Chief Building Official and Senior or Associate level planner for projects as assigned. The goal is to continue processing building and planning permits while making efforts toward permanent staff replacements for the roles being supplemented by 4Leaf Inc. Fees will be charged to project applicants to recover planning and building official costs.
The contract amendment is in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00, for a total contract amount not to exceed $510,000.00
The term of the original contract is not being modified.
