BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Monterey County Military & Veterans Affairs Office (MVAO) has dedicated to providing advocacy, assistance, and services to enhance the lives of the County veterans who served in the Armed Forces, their families, and survivors.
February 22, 2022, the Board of Supervisors received and accepted a San Benito County Military and Veterans Affairs presentation on its efforts and results for the 2021 Calendar year.
Today, March 8, 2022, being brought forward for adoption, is a resolution recognizing the San Benito County Military Veterans Affairs office for exemplary service to the Veteran and Military community from January 1st to December 31st, 2021.
