Currently, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) serves as the primary contact on the Operations Board of MBCP, and Joe Paul Gonzalez, as an interim alternative assigned. In the event the CAO is unable to attend meetings or obligations, the Board of Supervisors needs to officially appoint an alternative designee. Requesting the appointment of Gabriel Orozco, Budget Officer, as the alternative designee.
