BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The County entered its first contract with Ray Espinosa in 2014, and amended this contract in 2016 and 2017.  This amendment provides for a four-year contract with Ray Espinosa.  If the contract is terminated during this period, the severance period is increased to 18 months (salary only), when the contract currently provides for 12 months of salary and health benefits.  The amendment does not provide for any increased salary.

This item will come back at a future date to increase pay title and pay plan  of the County Administrator Officer.
