BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The County of San Benito has maintained a County Impact Fee Program since the late 1980's. The Annual Impact Fee Report for San Benito County has been prepared in compliance with Government Code Section 66006. This annual report has been prepared for fiscal year 2020-2021.  Government Code Section 66006(b)(2) requires that this report be available for public review at least 15 days prior to the second public meeting held pursuant to Government Code 66006.The second public meeting will be heard at the first regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Supervisors in 2022 on January 25.
