Approve Amendment #3 to the contract with Accent Clean and Sweep for routine street sweeping services in various CSAs and CFD 2015-1, to remove CSA 51 from the schedule, and to implement rate increases at CSA #21 (from $110 to $129 per month), #24 (from $60 to $71 per month), #28 (from $268 to $316 per month), #34 (from $25 to $29 per month), 46 (from $245 to $290 per month), #47 (from $105 to $124 per month), and CFD #2015-01 (from $433 to $510 per month), in accordance with approved annual fee increases, at a total cost not to exceed $15,100.00 for the 2022 contract year set to expire on January 01, 2023, and remaining within the total contract amount not to exceed $69,948.00.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On January 1, 2019, the Board of Supervisors approved a three-year contract with Accent Clean and Sweep, with two one-year options to extend the term, for routine street sweeping services in various CSAs. There have been two prior amendments, on June 20, 2019 and January 12, 2021 respectively, to address annual cost increases and to add new territory (CFD #2015-01).
This proposed amendment is introduced to remove CSA #51 (Comstock Estates) from the schedule, and to acknowledge the annual cost adjustment, in accordance with approved annual fee increases. However, the total contract amount is not increased.
