BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
There are currently two contracts with Best Best & Krieger LLP. One is for legal services for a current litigation matter. The second is non-litigation, and in part, non-attorney support in processing two on-going PRA.
Christine Wood, a partner at the firm, leads the firm's "Advanced Records Center" which provides support for records-related matters, including CPRA request processing.
