BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
San Benito Counties Resource Management Agency has experienced a year of change and professional growth. Changes in the Department include the departure of the Director, hiring critical staff, and replacing critical consultants. The Department has a well-motivated staff that continue to produce excellent work results. While many of our daily challenges are difficult, RMA Staff take these challenges in stride and are creative in their daily problem solving Often our staff creates opportunity for our customers where there was none previously. It is an honor to lead such a team. The attached presentation highlights some of the department's accomplishments this year. It is our please to serve our community and look forward to next years challenges.
