BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The new Behavioral Health Center, located at 1131 Community Parkway, is in the final construction finishing phase. Upon discussion with the project management, Vanir and with the general contractor, Silver Creek Industries additional determinations to finishes and casework was necessary to support the operational functions of the building’s end user, the Behavioral Health staff.
Change order #2 includes unforeseen requests, including additional floor changes, added electrical, floor drain, vapor barrier to foundation, minimal electrical changes, reception area changes, roller shades and louvers without drop chords, paper dispensers and cost to account for unforeseen power delays.
