BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Due to pavement distress exhibited within County Service Area no. 9, the County of San Benito, in coordination with County Service Area (CSA) no.9, is proposing to remove and replace 0.25' of asphalt pavement at three locations within that development (Ridgemark). Minor pavement markings will also be included within this scope of work.
This roadway rehabilitation project was requested by the Ridgemark Homeowners Association (HOA); consequently, the specified road improvements contained within were developed in conjunction with officers of said HOA and will be funded by balances derived from their CSA-funded accounts.
The project will be scheduled to be part of the Road Improvement schedule for the upcoming FY 2022-2023 Budget, since the work will not begin until later into the calendar year.
Additional roadwork/road improvement funding at CSA 9 Ridgemark derived from existing fund balances.
