BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
With the addition of several new parks in the immediate future, staff has conducted a review of existing park regulations and have found them deficient. Currently there are only regulations for San Justo Reservoir present written in 1966. As the County operates several regional parks, a common set of rules for all park and recreational areas would be most efficient. Additionally, as our facilities are located within and around the municipal area of Hollister, I feel it would be best to use similar rules.
