BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Authorize the CalOES County Victim Services Program grant funds in the amount of $139,054. This grant provides funding for comprehensive services to assist victims/witnesses of violent crime types pursuant to the California Penal Code section 13835.5 in San Benito County, including 1.0 FTE Victim Witness Advocate II.
The Victim Witness Assistance Program has a total of 4.0 FTEs.
