Approve reclassification of 1.0 FTE Accountant III to 1.0 FTE Director of Administrative Services. Authorize the Behavioral Health Director to alternatively staff the positions as appropriate and direct staff to amend the Schedule of Approved Position Allocation that reflects the alternatively staff position changes.

The Behavioral Health department respectfully requests the ability to alternative staff the Accountant III position to the Director of Administrative Services. The change would reflect the department's increasing fiscal demand due to the expanding state requirements for behavioral health financing requirements. The additional cost for the reclassification would be covered under the mental health and substance abuse 2011 realignment, with no impact on the County General Fund.
