BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Board of Supervisors conducted public hearings regarding two LCA Compatible Use Applications and one Division Application at its regular meeting on December 15, 2020 and rendered tentative decisions for each application pending preparation of resolutions containing written findings and determinations. The proposed resolutions memorializing the Board's decisions regarding each application are provided for consideration.
The Compatible Use Applications are for Contract Numbers 68-021 (Graces Ranches LLC/Andreini Trust) to construct 20 small Guest Cabins, Event Center Uses and Outdoor Recreation Activities; and 86-903 (Mark & Glenna Porteur) to install Internet Relay Station, Storage Shed and Equipment.
The Division Application is for Contract No. 68-033 (Las Aguilas LLC/Slack & Riley LLC).

It is respectfully recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt the following resolutions and authorize the Chairman to sign each resolution.
1) Resolution 2021-__, approving a compatible use request for construction of 20 small guest cabins, event center uses & outdoor recreation activities on agricultural preserve Contract No. 68-021 (Graces Ranch LLC/Andrieni Trust).
2) Resolution 2021-__, approving a compatible use request to install an internet relay station, storage shed and equipment on agricultural preserve Contract No. 86-903 (Mark & Glenna Porteur).
3) Resolution 2021-__, approving division of an agricultural preserve under Contract No. 68-033 (Las Aguilas LLC/Slack & Riley LLC).
