BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On July 21, 2020 the Board approved a contract with the Regents of the University of California for general program support through the UC Cooperative Extension (UCCE) for FY 20-21, in an amount not to exceed $48,868.00. Attachment D was attached to the contract when it was signed by the representative for the Regents of the University of California, but it was inadvertently omitted from the scanned copy that was included in the agenda packet. A copy of Attachment D is included here, as well as the fully executed copy of the contract, as approved by the Board on July 21, 2020. Staff requests that the Board ratify incorporation of Attachment D into the approved contract.
