Receive presentation on the progress of the new County of San Benito website and approve launch date.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County of San Benito has been using an antiquated website design that was due for re-design. The Board approved a contract for a five (5) year agreement with website development firm Granicus to design the new website and migrate content to the new website. Being presented is the process and presentation for final approval and launch of the new website.
Future steps include an annual subscription whereas Granicus “Contractor” shall provide ongoing services such as website maintenance, hosting, and licensing, in order to equip San Benito County with the technology, expertise and training to keep the County’s website relevant and time effective.
