BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On June 29, 2020 proponents presented and filed the STRADA VERDE INNOVATION PARK VOTER INITIATIVE with the County Clerk/Registrar of Voters. Per Election Code Section 9115, a random sample of signatures was verified. Based on the California Code of Regulations, Section 20540, the random sampling verification methodology, the statistical valid signatures are 2,538, which is 123.2%. The sample of the initiative statistically exceeds 110% of the required signatures, per Election Code Section 9118.
The petition is therefore, SUFFICIENT.
