BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Elisa Pollard-Gensberg currently provides Occupational Therapist (OT) and Physical Therapy (PT) services to Public Health clients under the business name of Peninsula Pediatric Therapy. Her primary duties are to provide direct OT and PT services prescribed by physicians for child patients enrolled in the CCS/MTU program. She also acts as a consultant providing medical therapy recommendations for patients with other community services. She reports to the San Benito HHSA/ Public Health Services Director or Nursing/Deputy Director and/or Health Officer concerning her responsibilities under this contract.
