BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On June 15, 2019, the Board approved a contract with Vanir Construction Management Inc. to provide services of an Interim Capital Program Manager (CPM) to fill a vacant position. The Interim CPM would provide support for the governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, optimization, tracking, finances, infrastructure, planning and improvement of the RMA programs. This Amendment #1 is to increase the original contract of $50,000.00 by $10,492.73 to pay the last and final invoice for these services.
