BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Shared Vision Consultants (SVC) provides consultation and planning with management team and staff around implementation of the California Child Welfare Service (CWS) System of Care programs.
SVC in consultation with San Benito County CWS staff will review outcomes and progress, facilitate the development of strategies, research and pull data, communicate with San Benito County staff, develop reports, disseminating required information to CDSS, provide consultation with San Benito staff regarding policy and procedure review and recommendations and other strategies as requested by the Director.
