BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

San Benito County Behavioral Health (SBCBH) proposes to renew the contract with Sun Street Centers for the provision of a Sober Living Environment (SLE) for men.

 

SLE’s provide 24 hour safe, residential housing in a setting that is free from alcohol and other drugs.

 

This contract allows the purchase of guaranteed, dedicated bed availability for the placement of 4 male clients.

                                                                      

 

 

OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT: Most clients will access the SLE through referral from the agencies involved in the CCP

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

1) Approve the attached contract renewal with Sun Street Centers, Mens SLE for a maximum total of $72,000 for the term of FY 2020-21.
