BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Board approved a Contract with Medina Systems Contracting, Inc. on September 10, 2019, to replace/integrate the existing Jail Controls with the New Jail Expansion project, for the period of September 15, 2019 through June 1, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $174,800.00. This Amendment #1 is to extend the contract until June 30, 2021 to allow additional time to complete the installation.
