BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Based on previous actions by the Board of Supervisors at a duly noticed public hearing, the property owner is required to complete new Land Conservation Act Contracts when a division or lot-line adjustment of an existing contract is completed. The LCA contracts are ready to be signed and processed for recording. Also, resolutions are required to authorize the establishment of Agricultural Preserves. These documents are submitted for final approval by the Board.

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Adopt Resolutions establishing Agricultural Preserves and approve the Land Conservation Act Contracts for North Quien Sabe, LLC / Hay Camp Headquarters, LLC / QS Rock Pile, LLC / QS Green Canyon, LLC / QS Green Canyon Creek, LLC / QS Buena Vista, LLC / and Cibo Peak, LLC; and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign the Resolutions and LCA Contracts.
