BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County Counsel's Office currently has a contract with LexisNexis at a cost of $980 per month. This contract is set to expire on May 31, 2020. This request is to extend the agreement for one year at the rate of $989.80/month.
Of the six (6) "Government Professional Users", five (5) are attorneys in the County Counsel's Office and one (1) is a fraud investigator with Health and Human Services Agency. HHSA previously agreed to journal entry the cost for the additional "Government Professional User" ID to the County Counsel's Office, in the amount of $163.33 per month.
