Approve contract Amendment #2 with True Point Solutions for an additional $43,000.00 and to extend the existing contract until June 30, 2022.

On December 1, 2018, the Board approved a contract with TruePoint Solutions to provide support  services for the Accela building/planning platform including training, configuration changes, business automation scripting, fee configurations, report development, ACA support, and day-to-day phone technical support, in an amount not to exceed $37,000.00.   The contract was amended  in February 2019 to extend it until June 30, 2020 and to increase it by $6,000.00. The RMA desires to extend their contract until June 30, 2022 and to increase Amendment #1 by $43,000.00 for a total sum not to exceed $86,000.00.  The technical support has been critical in enabling the RMA to utilize the full functionality of the Accela platform as well as provide reporting and configuration solutions.  This is paid for by development permit fees.

Staff respectfully recommends that the Board:

1.      Approve Amendment #2 to extend the contract until June 30, 2022 in the not to exceed amount of $86,000.00, and authorize the Board Chair to sign it.
