BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On October 30, 2019, Danielle Lopez, the County Hearing Officer, conducted a code enforcement hearing regarding conditions encroaching on the County Right-of-Way and the intersection site triangle at the northwest corner of Fairview and Acquistipace Road. After receiving oral testimony, photographic and written evidence, the Hearing Officer issued a written recommended decision and order dated November 26, 2019, which is attached to this item.
Pursuant to San Benito County Code sec. 1.06.110 (D)(1) the Board of Supervisors may adopt the recommendation without further notice of hearing, or may set the matter for a de novo hearing before the Board of Supervisors.
