CONSENT AGENDA

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

CSA No. 50 is a subdivision known as Dunnville Estates located in North San Benito County.  It currently has two county roads located within the subdivision.  As the subdivision was formed with an agricultural easement surrounding the houses, the roads only serve residents of CSA No. 50. A request by representatives of the CSA 50 homeowners have requested that the County consider vacation of these roads.  At the next meeting the Board will consider vacating these roads, and authorizing a quit claim deed of the road property, to the corporation formed and held by the homeowners of the property owners which currently holds title to their well parcel.
