BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Since September 2015, Relias services has provided HHSA with website training which allow our employees to review the training from the worksite. HHSA must provide ongoing training to satisfy county safety program requirements as well as mandated training for staff. (ie., Civil Rights and Cultural Diversity), supervisors and managers (ie., Identification and Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination).
All training are time efficient, require an exam and when completed successfully, provides a completion certificate which can be placed in the employee's file. This way of taking the training eliminates some of the need and expense of having to send employees to outside locations for training.
