BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On May 21, 2019, the County entered into a contract with 4Leaf Inc. to provide inspection services for the Department of Public Works for Federal and State Funded projects which expired on 12/31/2019. The County needs the Public Works inspection services to continue in order to keep projects progressing and to prevent projects from being stopped. Contractor will provide inspections to verify compliance with conditions of approval, provisions of the San Benito County Codes and Ordinances, and ensure project completion throughout various stages of construction. Contractor will provide inspections within one (1) working day of request, certify inspections in writing, and record on appropriate permit card.
