TREASURER/TAX COLLECTOR'S OFFICE - M. CASILLAS
The San Benito County Tax Collector respectfully requests consideration of the discharge of the following Delinquent Unsecured Taxes. These taxes have become uncollectable in the normal course of business. The discharge of these taxes does not relieve the taxpayer of their responsibility to pay the taxes, they just cannot be subject to further aggressive means of collection, especially with respect to bank seizures. The office of the San Benito County Tax Collector intends to continue to pursue the payment of these taxes.

Many businesses on both lists overlap, and it is our intention to reach out to those businesses that have not paid for multiple years.
