BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

On a conference call on April 1, 2020, it was determined that there may be grants available that would benefit the Tres Pinos Water District, and that the Tres Pinos Water District would benefit from the County's expertise in locating and writing a grant.  No grant writer has been identified as of yet, but approval of this agenda item would direct the CAO's office (through CAO or RMA staff) to locate and execute a contract with a grant writer .  The contract would be within the CAO's existing authority, unless further authorization is sought by the Board.
