Election Code Section 15400 states that the Board of Supervisors shall declare the Elected or Nominated Candidates to each office voted and the measure(s) results for the March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary Election after acceptance of the election results prepared by the County Clerk/Registrar of Voters and submitted in the certified Statement of Vote.
