BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The County and  the Service Employees International Union, Local 521 have met and conferred regarding a Background Check Policy and it's terms and conditions of the Side Letter Agreement and jointly agreed to implement the addition of the Background Check Policy in the SEIU MOU.

  1. Adopt Resolution, approving the side letter between the County of San Benito and the Service International Union, Local 521 (SEIU).
