BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Board of Supervisors conducted public hearings regarding three LCA Division Applications, three Compatible Use Applications and one Cancellation Application at its regular meeting on December 10, 2019 and rendered tentative decisions for each application pending preparation of Resolutions containing the written findings and determinations. The proposed Resolutions memorializing the Board's decisions regarding each application are provided for consideration.
The Division Request Applications are for Contract Numbers:
80-16 and 80-23 (Baumgartner); 68-121 (Tobias); and 71-76 (Taylor);
The Compatible Use Applications are for Contract Numbers 01-03 (Doodlebug Ranches) construct kitchen and dining hall at the event center; 01-03 (Doodlebug Ranches) construct fruit stand; and 73-19 (Manning) operate soil mixing, blending and recycled base rock facility.
The Cancellation Application is for Contract Number 73-38 (Gonzalez)

It is respectfully recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt the following resolutions and authorize the Chairman to sign each Resolution.
1) Resolution 2020-10, approving division of agricultural preserves under Contract Numbers 80-16 & 80-23 (Baumgartner);
2) Resolution 2020-11, approving division of agricultural preserve under Contract Number 68-121 (Tobias);
3) Resolution 2020-12, approving division of agricultural preserve under Contract Number 71-76 (Taylor);
4) Resolution 2020-13, approving a compatible use request to add a kitchen and dining hall to a previously approved private event center on agricultural preserve Contract Number 01-03 (Doodlebug Ranches);
5) Resolution 2020-14, approving a compatible use request for a 500-foot farm stand on agricultural preserve Contract Number 01-03 (Doodlebug Ranches);
6) Resolution 2020-15, approving a compatible use request to add a soil mixing/blending and recycled base rock facility within a previously approved quarry on agricultural preserve Contract Number 73-19 (Manning); and
7) Adopt Resolution 2020-16, approving a cancellation request for Contract Number 73-38 (Gonzalez).
