BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Bristol SB LLC has filed an application for a development project for an automotive research facility on the Floriani Ranch Property within the County of San Benito.
The County is currently conducting an analysis associated with the future development of the project in proximity to the TriCal site to comply with the 2035 San Benito County General Plan Policy HS-6.9.
As a result of certain confidential information TriCal may release to the County, the County has been requested by TriCal to sign the NDA attached hereto.
