BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The WIOA Work Experience Program is a temporary and transitional training activity intended to provide the participant with general and specific job skills that can lead to unsubsidized employment and to fulfill their requirement to work community services hours as a condition of their receipt of benefits.
The State of California Compliance Review Division has recommended to make revisions to this agreement as a result of their on-site WIOA Program monitoring review for PY 2018-2019. The State is requesting that certain terms and conditions be included in the work experience template agreement including nepotism, safety training and further defining the purpose of the work experience program.
