BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

These draft meeting minutes are notable in that staff would like to have the Planning Commission confirm the Planning Commission's December 18, 2019 intentions and modifications to Condition #14 for the Sunnyslope Christian Church.  Staff has included revised language to Condition #14, as well as two subsequent illustrations from the applicant's engineer of striping patterns and eventual frontage improvements along Sunnyslope Road.
