BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The County of San Benito has maintained a County Impact Fee Program since the late 1980's. The Annual Impact Fee Report for San Benito County has been prepared in compliance with Government Code Section 66006 et seq. This annual report has been prepared for fiscal year 2018-2019. It was first presented to the Board of Supervisors and the public for review at the December 10, 2019 regular meeting. Government Code Section 66006(b)(2) requires that this report be available for public review at least 15 days prior to the second public meeting held pursuant to Government Code Section 66006; this January 14, 2020 meeting satisfies this requirement.
